Communication is important for community to flourish. We would love to be able to be in touch with you, and for that we need to know some of your details. We keep these details in our GDPR-compliant database, and only use them for relevant purposes. This includes, if you give us permission, adding you to our whatsapp groups and email list.

Completed forms can be dropped into the office at St. Bart’s, posted to us, or, if you wish, scanned/photographed and emailed to us at office@thevinesheffield.org.uk.
Additionally, if you would like to be included on our electoral roll you can fill out the following form.
Inclusion on the electoral roll allows you to participate in our annual meeting and other aspects of our church leadership.
The electoral roll is open to those aged 16 and over who have been baptised, and who are resident within our parish boundaries (tick box 2A). It is also open to those who live outside of the parish boundaries but who regularly worship with us (or would have if not for reasonable issues, such as a pandemic). In this case, you tick box 2B if you have considered yourself to be Church of England or Anglican, box 2C if you have considered yourself to belong to another Christian Church.
